Laura C. Lopez – Writer / Director / Producer
First time feature director and Ecuadorian filmmaker, Laura C. Lopez has worked  in many areas of film and multimedia production. She is a Master of Fine Arts graduate from the University of Central Florida. She began her career as an intern in prestigious production companies such as Kennedy Marshall, Red Wagon and Jerry Weintraub productions. Shortly after, she moved on to manage operations and talent for a daytime spanish speaking television series based out of Burbank, California.  She has since directed short form documentary and narrative films in various formats as well as interactive educational iPOD videos for museum platforms. She currently resides in Orlando, Florida, where she develops new projects for her production company Ambrosia Films.

Erica Harrell - Producer

Erica Harrell – Producer/ Executive Producer
Erica Harrell is a prolific up and coming Cuban-American producer. She has worked   on several award winning shorts that played in festivals such as the Hamptons, Tribeca and AFI. In the past few years, Harrell developed and produced her first independent feature films, Acts of Mercy and The Attic Door back to back, while working as a coordinator on HBO’s hit television series Entourage. She is currently developing her upcoming projects in television and film for her company Ambrosia Films.

Natalie Sakai -Post Producer
Natalie Sakai is an independent producer, and one of the few in the industry born and raised in Los Angeles.  After graduating from UCLA’s writing program, Natalie worked with such companies as Anonymous Content, Fox, and Caviar LA.  In addition to having a slew of credits from short form projects including music videos, commercials, and new media she is passionate about making strong and compelling narratives.  Her short film Donny and Ginger aired through HBO on Demand and currently is in the festival circuit and her latest film SUCK debuted at Screamfest 2007.  Natalie currently works as a freelance producer for her companies Siu and Sakai Productions and commercial production team Contagious LA, while handling acquisitions and market research for International Film Distribution Consultants Inc.

Sandra Valde-Hansen – Director of Photography
Director of Photography Sandra Valde-Hansen is a graduate of the A.F.I. conservatory M.F.A. cinematography program. A Florida State alumn, Sandra worked on several High definition and 35mm film independent productions under the tutelage of Emmy award winning camera man and cinematographer Tony Foresta while residing in the sunshine state.  Sandra recently completed a prestigious Academy of Television Arts and Sciences competitive internship, where she was mentored by ASC award winning cinematographer Alan Caso. Acts of Mercy is Valde-Hansen’s first feature as a Director of Photography.

Taylor Marr – Editor
Editor extraordinaire, Taylor Marr, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Central Florida with a BFA in Film.  In the summer of 2004 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in movies.  Along with Acts of Mercy, he has edited many short films and two features, both of which are making the festival circuit right now.  He is currently working as an editor for the Style Network, and is collaborating with a colleague on a feature length script.

Russell Holsapple- Composer

Russell Holsapple, a Los Angeles resident, is an up and coming composer for film.  An avid pianist, Russell is constantly striving to improve his craft.  His latest films are Acts of Mercy and Into Temptation.
